We are a family run small business based in North Devon offering high quality handcrafted solid wood furniture.

The Team....

Ellie Abudeip left school to persue a career in carpentry, after studying a short course at The Bath Women's Woodwork Centre she then went on to gain experience working for The Splinter Group, an all female team of carpenters building and designing handcrafted furniture and kitchens. She has also appeared on the front cover of Good Woodworking Magazine! After deciding to move from her home town of Bath she spent several years in London working at a well known Arts and crafts centre in Soho before returning to Bath to study Theatre Studies where she has built up a portfolio of theatre design based projects including productions at The Ustinov Theatre in Bath, Kingswood Theatre and several projects for the ITV Television Workshop in Bristol up until the birth of her son in 2003. In 2004 the family uprooted to persue life in rural North Devon where they have settled and now run Nature's Hand Furniture where Ellie designs the majority of the furniture on a part-time basis alongside running her busy town cafe.
